Problem
Qualfon is a global provider of contact center, back-office, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The problem was that their current site needed some modernization to reflect their fresh new look and branding. The business goals and requirements were to provide information about who we are, what we do, solutions, locations, news, careers, drive sales, drive job applications, and offer ways to ask questions and connect.

Solution
The strategy was to redesign and develop a new fully responsive Wordpress CMS site that is easy to manage content, simplify the site architecture, and design content to help reduce the user’s cognitive load. The creation of more visualizations would also make it easier to consume and help communicate information. Reorganization of site navigation, taxonomy and layout improved the discoverability of information and actions.
