Problem
FirstNet is a federal government organization formed in 2012 that supports the first high-speed, nationwide wireless public safety broadband network developing communication and collaboration technologies for first responders. FirstNet provides a single interoperable platform for emergency and daily public safety communications using AT&T’s powerful dedicated wireless broadband network. The problem was that FirstNet needed a solution to connect first responders via a single sign-on or profile management framework to access all of the portals.

Solution
The solution was to design a seamless user experience to connect FirstNet users to all the portals to manage user roles, access, permissions, features and functionality. By integrating AT&T Business’ existing login, profile management framework and broadband network technology, we created an effortless user experience through all FirstNet and AT&T wireless portals. Users were able to login with one profile and manage their service and users.
